Order and Shipping Information
THE JUANITA BOUTIQUE reserves the right to cancel any order prior to delivery at our sole and absolute discretion, whether or not you have already been charged. If your order is cancelled pursuant to this section, and you have already been charged, Snapfish will automatically issue a refund to you.
As items are custom at THE JUANITA BOUTIQUE, normal estimated shipping will take up to 12 business days (7 to make + 5 to deliver most items). Delivery dates are an estimate only, not a guarantee, and reflect the total number of business days we estimate to make, then deliver your order. The items we create are custom items, not something we pull off a shelf, so please allow us up to 7 business days to make your items before shipping your order. Once your order ships, the mail services we use make every effort to meet expectations, but delays may occur and delivery may take longer, especially during the holiday season or due to inclement weather.
Important: When you place your order we provide you the total shipping cost, but each item included in your order ships separately once it's finished. Items may also ship a day or two apart because some items take longer to make than others, when ordering customized items. When each item is shipped, you'll receive notification from us that your purchase is on its way!
Please note that THE JUANITA BOUTIQUE is not able to deliver to all regions worldwide. If your desired country for delivery is not available, we will issue a refund to you.
